Job Summary
Process and support all types of consumer loan maintenance requests within established guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality member service. Maintain knowledge of operational policies, guidelines, products, and services; respond to inquiries from internal partners and external members; research and resolve compliance issues; collaborate with other team members and departments; assist with reports and tasks and participate in other projects as assigned. Must adhere to applicable regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations such as OFAC, USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending, Information Security) and maintain SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- 2 years of work experience in business or finance
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to the consumer lending industry (i.e. ECOA, etc.) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and act with urgency
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to solve problems and create out of the box solutions
