Consumer Loan Serv Mgr

Oversees consumer loan servicing operations for the Credit Union, managing the department’s activities including monthly reports and follow-up on loss/claims related to GAP, Carfax, FDI, TruStage, Debt Protection, and related products. Responsible for developing and implementing department policies and procedures, ensuring efficient completion of department functions, and supervising staff to maintain high performance. Builds and maintains effective relations with Credit Union personnel, members, vendors, and trade professionals, while adhering to company policies and handbooks. Ensures compliance with established rules and training.
