Consumer Loan Processor

Responsible for communicating loan decisions to Members who have applied or been pre-approved for consumer loan products, advising them of loan stipulations, and promoting the benefits of SchoolsFirst FCU’s loan products. Provides phone support to partner dealerships and front-line staff, executes funding for selected indirect auto loans, and initiates additional loan reviews with Loan Officers. Offers consultative services on credit union products and auto buying programs by assessing Members’ needs and addressing concerns. May take additional loan applications and assist with consumer loan fundings. Delivers world-class personal service in a caring, friendly, and professional manner while ensuring compliance with SOP and regulatory requirements (including BSA). Processes incoming dispatches, responds to dealer messages, and performs other duties as assigned.
