Job Summary
Process consumer loan applications, fund loans to meet monthly volume goals, and maintain a maximum 5% error rating. Assemble loan and title packets for operations submission within three business days, accurately determine collateral values, and manage loan maintenance transactions including skip-a-pay and due date changes. Resolve member inquiries and vendor issues within 24 hours while adhering to credit union policies and industry standards. Requires high school diploma, credit union operations experience, and proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel. This role supports the Lending department's funding objectives and member satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally, in writing, and electronic channels
- Ability to receive information and hear sounds at normal speaking levels under normal conditions in an office setting
- Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading
- Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
- Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
- Ability to travel occasionally for credit union functions
- Ability to travel to other locations to provide coverage if needed
