Job Summary
Loan-processing-focused role handling loan documentation, recordkeeping, and credit-file maintenance for designated officers. Responsibilities include preparing loan documents, managing tickler lists, conducting loan accounting tasks, handling communications with title and insurance companies, maintaining compliance and HMDA files, pulling credit reports, preparing notes, servicing paid/renewed notes, notary duties, general secretarial support, and opportunities to cross-sell banking products. Emphasis on customer service, professional interaction with customers, lenders, and third parties, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently while upholding accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year college level course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution or related field experience or equivalent training and/or experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks
