Job Summary
Loan Processing: prepare loan documentation for all lenders, manage tickler lists and loan file maintenance, support loan accounting, coordinate with title and insurance companies, maintain compliance files (HMDA), pull credit reports, order appraisals and lien searches, handle receipts, disbursements and payoffs, and provide secretarial support; cross-sell bank products and promote superior customer service while ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient processing of credit files.
Required Qualifications
- 2 year college level course of study in Business Administration and/or financial institution or related field experience or equivalent training and/or experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently and to prioritize multiple tasks
