Job Summary
Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques. Deliver exceptional customer experience while managing the consumer loan portfolio, presenting tailored financial solutions aligned with customer goals. Execute and track community marketing initiatives to generate growth, conduct collection activities, and maintain precise customer documentation. Ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations, accurate cash controls, and Loss Prevention standards while supporting branch financial objectives. Foster a positive team environment through collaborative teamwork and active participation in branch initiatives. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel within the division, and flexible scheduling with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Equivalent experience to sales and/or customer service
- One year of experience in sales
- One year of experience in retail
- One year of experience in banking
- One year of experience in collections
- Strong math skills
- Ability to count cash
- Professional verbal communication by phone and in person
- Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply complex and detailed information
- Ability to work alone on occasion
- Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
- Ability to negotiate payment terms
- Ability to effectively communicate loan requirements
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry/business and employees
- Ability to use computer programs required to process customer transactions
- Ability to follow procedures in the normal course of business
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Valid driver's license
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within division
- Age 18 (or 19 in Alabama)
- Eligibility to work in the USA
- Ability to successfully complete post offer screens
- Ability to complete a criminal background check
- Ability to complete a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
