Job Summary
Consumer Lending Sales Specialist at Advance America focusing on customer service and sales goals within a branch and storefront/online channels. Responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, presenting tailored financial solutions, educating customers on loan terms, maintaining customer relationships, complying with state/federal regulations, supporting branch performance metrics, executing community marketing initiatives, and participating in team collaborations and branch initiatives. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred, with sales or customer service experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Located in Muskegon, MI with in-person duties; travel within division as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience. One year of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: sales, retail, banking, or collections
Additional Requirements
- Must be 18+ (except in AL where the age requirement is 19) and eligible to work in the USA; able to pass all post offer screens including criminal background check and MVR
