Job Summary
Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques while delivering exceptional customer experience and managing the consumer loan portfolio. Present tailored financial solutions, educate clients on terms and features, and build strong relationships throughout the loan lifecycle. Execute community marketing initiatives, conduct collection activities, and maintain precise documentation and cash controls in full compliance with federal and state regulations. Support branch financial objectives and adhere to Loss Prevention standards while collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- Equivalent experience to sales and/or customer service
- One year of experience in sales
- One year of experience in retail
- One year of experience in banking
- One year of experience in collections
- Strong math skills
- Ability to count cash
- Professional verbal communication by phone and in person
- Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply complex and detailed information
- Ability to work alone on occasion
- Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
- Ability to negotiate payment terms
- Ability to effectively communicate loan requirements
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing the industry/business and employees
- Ability to use computer programs required to process customer transactions
- Ability to follow procedures in the normal course of business
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Valid driver's license
- Access to insured, reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within division
- Must be 18 years old (or 19 in AL)
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to successfully complete all post offer screens
- Regular and punctual attendance
