Consumer Lending Sales Specialist drives customer acquisition for consumer loan products through storefront and online channels while delivering exceptional service and meeting branch sales goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, educating customers on loan terms and product features, executing community marketing initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling cash controls and documentation, and participating in branch initiatives. Required: High School Diploma or equivalent and experience in sales and/or customer service; some college preferred. Skills include strong math, professional communication, ability to read and apply complex information, work independently, and travel within the division as needed. Works in a sales-focused, customer-centric environment with adherence to policies and procedures.
