Job Summary
Customer-facing, sales-oriented role focused on driving consumer lending growth and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include driving customer acquisition through storefront and online channels, delivering tailored loan solutions, educating customers on loan terms and product features, maintaining relationships through the loan lifecycle, executing community marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and laws. Requires strong math, communication, and ability to navigate regulatory requirements while contributing to branch performance and team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience
- One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred
- Must be 18 (except in AL where age requirement is 19)
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Criminal background check and MVR required
