Job Summary
Map, document, and optimize core processes across sales, onboarding, and servicing to reduce cycle times and error rates. Define customer journey touchpoints, create scripts, and lead NPS improvement initiatives. Establish standard operating procedures, escalation rules, and reporting standards while monitoring operational KPIs to drive corrective actions. Coordinate operational disruptions, support training programs, and align execution with business priorities through collaboration with the Country Manager and external partners. Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards and risk guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen, Volkswirtschaft o. ä.)
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1/C2) und gutes Englisch
- Erfahrung in Koordination/Optimierung von Vertriebs-, Service- oder Backoffice-Prozessen
- umfassendes Verständnis von Vertriebs-Pipelines und Kundenserviceprozessen
- Systematische, analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
- Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, mündlich wie schriftlich
- Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen, effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten und Konflikte zu lösen
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-/Kreditvergabesystemen, BI-Tools und Excel
- Kundenorientierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Grundhaltung, mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Liebe zum Detail
- Teamorientiert, aber auch fähig zum eigenständigen Arbeiten; sicher im Umgang mit mehreren Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld
Desired Qualifications
- MBA von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im deutschen Banken-/Konsumentenkreditgeschäft
