Job Summary
Indirect Lending Program Manager leads end-to-end delivery of home lending initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget; drives strategy with senior management, ensures regulatory and risk compliance, and enhances member experience through improved services and offerings; responsible for requirements capture, vendor due diligence, quality UAT, governance, stakeholder communications, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to align product and process improvements with regulatory and internal policies; role emphasizes senior-level program leadership, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in lending operations within a hybrid Sacramento presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- equivalent work experience
- 5+ years program/project management experience

- experience within a credit union or financial institution
