Job Summary
Lead and manage cross-functional projects in the Home Loans programs, driving requirements collection, due diligence, testing/UAT, and successful implementations. Develop and execute strategic plans with senior management, manage regulatory/compliance risks, and collaborate with risk teams to ensure programs stay within policy. Improve member experience and drive operational effectiveness through resource planning, budgeting, and performance measurement. Serve as a subject-matter expert on financial products, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and continuously seek process improvements and innovation to support long-term credit union growth. Based in Sacramento, CA with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on mortgage/home lending initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus equivalent work experience required
- advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years program/project management experience
- experience in home loans operations
- program management within a credit union or financial institution
