Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver consumer lending programs and initiatives that drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance member experience. Responsibilities include directing projects from concept through implementation, collecting and documenting business requirements, vendor due diligence, ensuring quality user acceptance testing, and overseeing implementations; developing strategic plans with senior management; ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to policies; focusing on member satisfaction; effective stakeholder communications; managing budgets and resources; tracking performance; collaborating with internal teams and external partners; providing subject-matter guidance on financial products; staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes to advance long-term credit union growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years program/project management experience
