Job Summary
Generate and administer a high-quality Consumer Loan Portfolio in line with established lending policies. Origination of new and renewal consumer loans; credit card lending and overdraft protection; ensure regulatory compliance for all consumer loans; supervise loan administration and collections; develop new business, marketing, and relationship-building with customers and merchants; maintain extensive knowledge of loan products, regulations, and updates; train back-up in Consumer Lending as directed; engage with community organizations to support marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years business related college degree and/or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years consumer underwriting and/or lending experience
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Strong credit analysis and decision making skills
- Strong time-management skills with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication computer skills
