Job Summary
A licensed, registered Team Manager in Bank of America’s Consumer Investments Client Services organization, responsible for the development and achievement of a team of registered representatives (Investment Specialists, Consultants and Financial Solutions Advisors) within the Consumer Investments Solutions & Client Services group. Coach, motivate and supervise the team to grow client relationships, resolve elevated client issues, teach client ownership by example, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Drive risk-aware performance through side-by-side coaching, relationship-building, call reviews and mentoring. Requires Series 7 & 66, 9&10 (or equivalents), involvement in foundational management training and leadership rotations, and availability to cover weekends and extended hours as needed. Positions are based at multiple sites (Lincoln RI, Chandler AZ, Rolling Meadows IL, Hunt Valley MD, Jacksonville FL, Pennington NJ, Fort Worth TX) with a focus on delivering world-class client experiences in a fast-paced, regulatory-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7, 66 required (or their equivalent)
- Series 9/10 required in 90 days
- Ability to understand investments and assist associates and clients with their financial needs
- Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written) and active listening
- Proven ability to coach and motivate others
