Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist in Kazakhstan focused on onboarding and driving adoption of One Platform (Discover) for strategic accounts. Acts as a bridge to educate clients on NIQ offerings, demonstrates ROI, drives activation and ongoing engagement, coordinates local and regional client services, and identifies cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Requires market/industry knowledge, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with account management and internal teams. Lives in Almaty with a hybrid work arrangement and maintains English proficiency for client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- New graduate as well as 1-2 years of experience in Marketing / Sales Departments in Consumer Electronics (MDA, SDA, CE, IT/OFFICE/TELECOM), Category Management in Retail Sector is a plus
