Job Summary
Consumer Experience Strategy Head - Obesity & Liver: a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and embedding Boehringer Ingelheim’s global consumer engagement and patient engagement ambition (DTC/DTP) with a primary focus on obesity, shaping long-term strategy, governance, and capabilities for scalable, consumer-centric engagement; role involves leading cross-functional collaboration, setting KPIs, defining technology enablement, and partnering with Global Brand Heads, Medical Affairs, IT, Data & Analytics, and regional teams from the Ridgefield, CT base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related fields
- 12+ years professional work experience with extensive pharma or related experience
- Extensive and long-term senior level experience in consumer marketing, DTC/DTP, digital marketing
- Strong background in consumer health/consumer goods
- Proven track record in strategy development, capability building, and solution enablement
- Strong understanding of marketing technology and solutions
- Strong partnership skills with IT and digital functions
- Executive level stakeholder management and influencing
- Analytical, data driven, and consumer centric mindset
- International experience and cultural adaptability
- Proficiency in English essential, additional languages desired
