Job Summary
Lead consumer experience at a Carhartt retail location by delivering exceptional, engaging, efficient, and personalized customer experiences. Support Store Leader/Assistant with telling the Carhartt story through consumer experience initiatives, Visual Merchandising, and Visual Standards. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment; coach and develop associates; ensure execution of store controls and operating standards; communicate operations data; support revenue-building strategies and community partnerships; assist with external partnerships, events, and talent recruitment. Drive development and professional growth for self and team.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training and development.
- Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
- Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
- PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.
