Job Summary
Consumer Experience Leader (FT) at Carhartt retail location with on-site operations. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional consumer experiences, supporting store leaders with consumer experience programs, visual merchandising standards, and associate engagement; coaching and training associates; ensuring store controls and operating standards; communicating operational data; supporting revenue-building strategies; coordinating external partnerships and events; community engagement; recruiting and identifying talent; and owning personal development. Requires HS Diploma or GED; college degree preferred; 1 year supervisory retail experience preferred. On-site role with typical retail hours and up to 5% national travel.
