Job Summary
Lead and develop the consumer retail experience at a Tucson on-site store by executing consumer experience initiatives, visual merchandising, and brand storytelling; support store leaders with training, coaching, and effective execution of store controls, operations data and community engagement. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment, HS Diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to travel nationally up to 5%.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment required
- Sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention experience
- Knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training and development
- Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills
- PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office
