Consumer Engagement Activations Manager

Consumer Engagement Activations Manager translates consumer engagement strategies into high‐quality on‐ground and experiential executions. You will serve as the execution engine of consumer engagement, bringing plans to life through strong operational discipline, agency and partner management, and consistent experience standards—while continuously improving how engagements are delivered across channels. Work with CE Deployment Strategy and CE Channels to ensure activations are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and at scale, maximizing consumer impact, brand equity, and business results. Responsibilities include executing strategies through owned and third‐party events, managing agencies/partners, ensuring consistent execution across channels, coordinating with cross‐functional teams for timely deployment, upholding execution standards for quality and compliance, overseeing production/logistics/delivery, identifying gaps for improvement, managing activation budgets, and evolving activation platforms and formats for scalability. Also focus on simplifying and standardizing formats, ensuring replicability across regions and channels, and measuring impact. Requirements include strong operations/execution management, meticulous project management, cross‐functional stakeholder management, ability to perform under pressure, and experience with large‐scale events/activations as a plus.
