Job Summary
Manage and develop existing and new products and services, driving change through Barclays execution teams while owning associated outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the bank. Develop customer-level strategies and solutions tailored to needs, acting as a Subject Matter Expert to guide stakeholders on product applications and journeys. Lead execution of priorities by defining product propositions, commercial models, and technical feasibility, including legal compliance and risk management. Monitor market trends, analyze feedback from prototypes and beta programs, and oversee comprehensive launch plans with rollout timelines and marketing strategies. Track key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction to assess performance against goals. Collaborate closely with other functions to influence decision-making, mitigate risk, and develop new policies supporting the control and governance agenda.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in outcome monitoring, with the ability to design and implement robust frameworks and measurement metrics
- Ability to interpret and analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the business
- Demonstrated ability to engage and effectively influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and deliver business outcomes
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer Duty regulations
- Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and communicate information at all levels
