Job Summary
Obtain, review, and produce required loan documents for all consumer non-real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with loan policies, federal and state laws, and applicable regulations. Review application documents for accuracy and completeness, including loan applications, credit reports, and income verification. Resolve errors in existing loan and collateral documentation. Gather and validate supporting materials prior to closing, such as flood determinations, insurance proofs, and HUD/Settlement Statements. Prepare security documents for subdivision development and construction line of credit advances. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree and 0-2 years of consumer loan documentation experience. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Laser Pro loan origination system.
Required Qualifications

- 0 - 2 years of consumer loan documentation experience
- Demonstrates good understanding of loan documentation processes
- Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be organized, attentive to detail, and self-disciplined
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Suite
- Maintain a professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Knowledge of Laser Pro or similar loan origination system experience
