Job Summary
Identify prospective customers through company-generated inbound leads and conduct thorough follow-up outbound calls to interested consumers. Perform customer needs analysis to understand goals, build trust-based relationships, and encourage referrals. Close sales by advising customers of next steps while staying current on new products through ongoing education for licensing and compliance. Deliver award-winning customer service in an inside sales environment with a base salary plus commission, bonuses, and full benefits.
