Job Summary
Coordinate administrative duties in compliance with Federal/State Regulations and Managed Care Organization program rules. Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while managing daily intake, referral, and authorization processes. Process client and attendant enrollment paperwork, audit service authorizations for accuracy, and facilitate corrections with MCO representatives. Provide administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and data entry tasks. De-escalate dissatisfied customer situations and maintain office cohesiveness through effective communication and problem-solving. Work in an office environment with frequent interruptions, regularly sitting, talking, or standing, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Bi-lingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
- In accordance with the Immigration and Reform Control Act (IRCA), you may only work at Consumer Direct Care Network if you are legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous office experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience
- Bi-lingual preferred in various locations
