CONSUMER DIRECT CARE NETWORK

Authorizations associates are responsible for entering all client demographic packets and service authorizations to enable successful time entry and billing processes. They review the packets and authorizations for accuracy, identify any problems, and then troubleshoot any issues with our local offices. Additionally, they prepare basic reports that flag errors which would impact shift entry, payroll, and billing processes and work to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. They will process assigned client packets, authorizations, and eligibility checks, prepare reports to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, comply with applicable legal requirements and policies, demonstrate dependability, engage in positive team environments, exhibit problem solving and decision-making skills, demonstrate computer efficiency, maintain skills to coordinate workflow, participate in professional development, prioritize and multitask, provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, and develop working knowledge to assist other service lines as needed. Qualifications mention Microsoft Office experience and a High School Diploma as preferred, and a background screening is required.
