Job Summary
Administrative Coordinator I coordinates administrative duties in compliance with regulations, handling customer service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats; manages daily intake and referral processes, processes client and attendant enrollment paperwork, coordinates authorization processes, and supports day-to-day operations and client advocacy. Responsibilities include de-escalating dissatisfied customers, providing clerical support (mailing, scanning, faxing, data entry), auditing service authorizations, effective communication, maintaining workflow coordination, and demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred; background screening required; office-based role with typical office environment. Requires intermediate computer proficiency and participation in professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Combination of education and experience
