Job Summary
Manage direct digital communications for commercial and consumer customers in Europe across the complete product and services portfolio, including vehicle launches and Integrated Services. Connect marketing cloud and data capabilities with customer needs through personalized CRM solutions that build loyalty and drive growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional business, IT, and agency teams in an agile and highly collaborative manner. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Dunton, Essex, with up to one day per week working remotely, and includes regular travel to London agency locations and occasionally other European locations.
