Job Summary
Supervise and train Consumer Credit Operations Specialists while preparing loan documents, onboarding, and imaging consumer loans. Review functions ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies. Manage onboarding and servicing functions on the bank's core system, including maintenance, notices, and report reviews. Store documents and configure loans in the document imaging system. File and search state and county levels to perfect collateral and maintain lien positions. Create procedural documents and present loan processing topics at Credit Operations Calls. Requires 3 years of bank credit operations experience. Full health, dental, HSA, life insurance, and retirement benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of bank credit operations or similar experience
- Team-oriented with a focus on supporting & leading others within the department
- Have a general understanding of the lending function
- Possess excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment, and be willing and able to adapt to change
- High regard for detail with the ability to detect errors and follow through on corrections
- Ability to work well with deadlines
- Capable of multitasking
- Able to work independently
