Job Summary
Lead financial analysis and executive reporting to deliver insights guiding critical business decisions. Partner with finance teams to consolidate monthly business review materials for firmwide and Consumer & Community Banking leadership meetings. Support public disclosure for Investor Day and industry conferences by analyzing strategy, financial performance, and industry trends. Execute recurring financial reporting, forecasting, budget and capital stress testing, and controls governance. Perform variance analysis to refine financial storytelling and coordinate materials for leadership offsites and town hall presentations. Enhance controls and identify process improvements to streamline reporting and deliver results to senior management. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years in P&A, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis
- demonstrated ownership of recurring financial reporting/forecasting deliverables
- experience analyzing P&L and balance sheet drivers
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
