Job Summary
Financial Control Project Manager – Associate within JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Bank Finance Integration team, providing project management support for multi-year initiatives to integrate new consumer products or banking systems. Responsibilities include defining and delivering project artifacts (business requirements, testing, operating-model assessments, post-implementation evaluation), tracking deliverables and risks, coordinating test planning and defect resolution, supporting implementation events, and preparing materials for executive updates. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders are essential, along with familiarity with MS Office tools and Agile practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in accounting within financial services
- experience with project lifecycle and financial product integration
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams
