Job Summary
Financial Control Program Manager – Senior Associate in JPMorgan Chase’s Consumer & Community Bank Finance Integration team supports one or more multi-year initiatives, providing project-management assistance across defined deliverables such as business requirements, testing, operating-model assessments, and post-implementation evaluation. Responsibilities include tracking risks/issues, coordinating test strategies and defect resolutions with stakeholders, defining implementation events, monitoring outcomes post go-live, and delivering tailored updates to audiences ranging from technical staff to senior leaders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4 years in accounting within financial services and experience with project lifecycle and integration of financial products, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership and collaboration, and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
