Job Summary
Executive Director leading Chase Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions, overseeing a high-performance team responsible for strategy, growth, and execution of new business opportunities across crypto, blockchain and digital assets. Develops partnership strategy with lines of business, identifies key elements of the strategy, completes analyses, and makes recommendations. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships and acquisitions that drive business results and support the strategy. Develops and helps deliver proposals with overall vision, economics, and product definition; works with finance, legal, and other partners to build financial models and key terms for partnerships and acquisitions; monitors external competitive developments and communicates insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial services experience
- 5+ years of digital assets experience
- Experience leading teams and mentoring
- Intellectual curiosity and passion for financial services and digital assets
- Experience in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Track record of successful partnerships, strategic alliances, and/or acquisitions
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet demanding timelines
