Job Summary

Establish department-wide strategies and oversee portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance to drive digital acquisition growth. Lead innovation by identifying large-scale initiatives that improve risk management, profitability, and control oversight while coaching employees on structuring complex problems. Identify business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, then partner across Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to optimize sales funnels and maximize channel effectiveness. Communicate findings to senior management and translate data insights into actionable recommendations to enhance the digital customer experience and improve customer acquisition outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • experience & knowledge of Digital sales channels
  • track record of optimizing the client journey to maximize program performance
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to effectively deliver on data driven tasks
  • Ability to analyze data and influence strategy develop
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems through structured analytics
  • Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Proficient and demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience developing and executing business strategy & roadmap planning
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action plan
  • Ability to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive results
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to proactively identify, analyze, and improve upon existing processes for optimization
  • Ability to manage varied set of priorities, both planned and ad-hoc, and adapt within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • High level of multi-tasking

  • Comfortable packaging and presenting complex information and insights in a clear and compelling manner to strategic partners and leaders

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAS/SQL with hands on experience querying and analyzing large data sets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Master's preferred
  • Experience working with Quantitative Analytics to inform model and/or targeting tools
  • Experience working with 3rd party search and affiliates
