Consumer Brand Manager

Job Summary
Translate brand strategy into scalable consumer-facing marketing programs for provider activation; develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital channels (website, email, social, landing pages) and patient education content; ensure brand consistency across patient-facing materials; partner with Sales and Customer Success to equip providers with effective patient engagement tools; optimize content and campaigns based on performance data; monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to inform improvements across marketing strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in consumer marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or patient marketing within healthcare/aesthetics/medical device industries (4–7 years)
- Experience developing consumer-facing campaigns and marketing enablement programs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, content strategy, and performance marketing
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into scalable marketing tools and programs
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and consumer insights
