Job Summary
Partner with product strategy and leadership to translate consumer banking product requirements into operational and systems configurations. Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, operations, risk, and audit to ensure scalable, compliant execution. Analyze product and customer data to drive incentive program optimization and identify opportunities for new product innovation. Develop and refine operational workflows while maintaining audit readiness and competitive market positioning. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and finance, driving continuous improvement in processes that support efficient product delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a similar field
- 6-7 years of experience in product management, corporate strategy, product operations, or similar experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience developing executive-level materials and recommendations
- Experience leveraging AI tools and data-driven methodologies to improve research, analysis, and execution effectiveness
- Strong understanding of financial systems, platform architecture, and how operational processes integrate with technology
