Job Summary
The National Performance Manager will own the end-to-end execution of responsible growth initiatives within the Financial Center channel the role translates strategy into disciplined execution, enabling adoption and delivering measurable outcomes for clients, associates, and the enterprise. Responsibilities include delivering field execution across a portfolio of initiatives, translating strategic priorities into workplans and executable solutions, identifying risks and mitigations, and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. The position requires delivering engaging, executive-level presentations; analyzing performance trends to inform targeted improvement plans; and leading training and readiness strategies to drive consistent client engagement and field coaching. The role emphasizes cross-functional partnership with Consumer Banking, Rewards, process design, and readiness teams, and demands executive-ready communications, prioritization, and the ability to influence without direct authority to achieve enterprise growth, efficiency, and risk management outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong executive-level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, concise, and actionable content
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated strength in relationship management and influencing without direct authority
- Experience developing data-driven insights, business cases, and performance measurement strategies
- Deep understanding of the Financial Center operating environment and processes, particularly from a business owner and business specialist perspective
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on enterprise outcomes
