Job Summary
Consumer Banking Market Leader role in Memphis leading a team of Financial Center Managers and Relationship Managers to drive local client experience, deepen and grow relationships, and ensure operational excellence at market/financial-center levels. Responsibilities include championing the organizational vision, influencing through change, managing time and priorities for impact, mitigating risk, and building strategic partnerships. The position emphasizes leadership across Talent/People Management, process/data-driven decision making, enterprise communication, and adherence to regulatory controls, with a focus on delivering an enhanced client experience and achieving business results through effective coaching, recruitment, and performance management. Travel may be required based on geography.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading, managing and coaching a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients
- Can attract, recruit and retain an effective sales and operations team
- Efficiently manages time and capacity
- Ability to interpret performance results and hold others accountable to results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer/programs
- Willingness to travel as needed
