Job Summary
Analyst in Consumer Banking – Branch Performance Reporting and Analytics responsible for producing branch performance reviews, the branch scorecard and management decks for senior leaders; performing BAU reporting and ad hoc analyses; providing insights on performance trends; developing new reporting decks to track field initiatives; and pursuing opportunities to automate reports, collaborating with field and US-based management. Requires an MBA in Finance with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Tableau), with familiarity in SQL or Python and Essbase. Location: Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
- Specialized experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance, performance reporting and analytics, metric/business scorecards
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and partnering skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau) and any familiarity with Alteryx
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is good to have
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment
- Experience with Essbase
