Job Summary
Open accounts, perform maintenance, and run a Teller drawer as needed. Support client engagement through active calling, conversations, and follow-up to deepen relationships with existing and prospective FFB clients. Partner with internal constituencies to deliver expertise on service and solutions, ensuring client follow-up calls occur within proper timeframes. Maintain operational and risk management standards while assisting clients transact business across the branch, drive-thru, phone, and email channels. Model First Financials mission and values, adhering to all compliance and regulatory procedures including Bank Secrecy Act and AML requirements. Collaborate with District Specialists to execute retail strategies, meet sales and referral goals, and provide digital assistance for clients using online offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years client experience and retail banking
- Demonstrated success with consultative, needs-based selling
- Strong product knowledge related to consumer and commercial deposits, investments, consumer loans, business loans and treasury management
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with consumer and small business credit
- Strong product knowledge relating to consumer and commercial suite of products and services
- Occasionally lifts and carries up to 20 lbs
- Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs
- Occasionally walks
- Frequently sits, stands and drives
