Job Summary
Consumer Banker II will open accounts and perform maintenance, run teller drawers as needed, engage clients through active calling and conversations, and collaborate with internal teams (Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, Treasury Management) to deepen client relationships. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, supporting digital banking, meeting sales/service/referral goals, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering a first-class experience and leveraging internal resources to meet client financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment
- 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- May obtain notary authorization
- Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in sales
