Job Summary
Consumer Banker II role delivering solution-based conversation about a full range of Fifth Third banking products and services over the phone; supports existing customers in an inbound call-center setting, strengthens customer relationships, collaborates with internal partners, and upholds risk and ethics standards while helping customers achieve financial goals. Requires ability to assess needs, provide financial recommendations, and maintain knowledge of banking products and processes; must meet S.A.F.E. Act/NMLS requirements and communicate effectively.
