Job Summary
Supports coordination across products to ensure delivery against business objectives; collects inputs to highlight cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs; calculates basic portfolio-management metrics; develops change initiative materials; prepares high-quality executive communications, presentations, and reporting; tracks product investments, roadmaps, and key initiatives with accuracy and timely updates; contributes to planning processes and portfolio performance metrics; collaborates with product, technology, design, and data teams to gather information and monitor initiative status; serves as a liaison across functions to advance strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent in program management or performance optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Confluence and Jira
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with ability to craft narratives for executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and build consensus among stakeholders across the organization
