Job Summary
Associate in Consumer Bank Marketing Engagement & Communication leading end-to-end project and program management across firmwide and departmental priorities; documents key processes, coordinates cross-team working groups and information gathering for implementation of efficiency solutions, manages meetings and communications for weekly marketer and leadership sessions, supports budgeting and finance collaboration, and drives initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and marketer knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a project/program management or initiative execution role
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on constant improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- 4-year college degree
