Job Summary

Vice President within JPMorgan Chase's Fraud Strategy leads strategic analytics and provides recommendations on capability development, implementation, and performance monitoring to mitigate fraud while balancing revenue, costs, and customer impact. Responsibilities include conducting strategic analytics to determine prioritization with Strategy and Product teams, scoping strategic capabilities to combat fraud with excellent customer experience, managing end-to-end capability builds from requirements to testing, and delivering high-quality senior leadership communications to enable informed executive decisions. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years in financial services, strong SAS/data analytics skills, excellent communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preference for relevant fraud experience and alignment with Risk Management and Compliance as part of JPMorgan Chase.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within financial services or similar environment
  • Proficient in performing analytics using SAS or equivalent analytical tool and ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable insights
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills
