Job Summary
Lead corporate change initiatives by defining program controls, processes, and reporting cadences while partnering with project sponsors to develop scopes, work plans, and budgets. Manage small to large-scale technology projects through all lifecycle stages, ensuring on-time delivery by tracking milestones, identifying risks, and coordinating with application teams and stakeholders. Produce weekly status reports, maintain project documentation, and escalate showstoppers immediately to leadership. Act as the primary contact for project-related inquiries, leveraging strong communication skills to drive deliverables and ensure methodology compliance across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and organize a project from beginning to end
- Project management experience: identifying impacted stakeholders, documenting business requirements, use cases, people/process designs, work breakdown structures, integrated project planning and management, coordinating design approvals, system integration and user acceptance testing and deployment activities
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- A highly professional attitude
- Multiple years of hands-on project management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Experience with SharePoint
- Shift: 1st shift
- Hours Per Week: 40
