Job Summary
Lead Consumer AI portfolio strategy and execution across enterprise initiatives: define prioritization, translate AI strategy into actionable programs, drive cross-functional delivery, and generate executive-ready insights and narratives for senior leaders. Establish governance, measure outcomes, and advance workforce transformation with adoption strategies and readiness milestones. Partner with product, digital, technology, HR, controls, and other functions to drive measurable business value from AI initiatives, from pilot through scale, while shaping operating models and change-management approaches. Strong emphasis on strategic direction, stakeholder alignment, and delivering tangible impact across Consumer AI priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years in strategy, transformation, or execution leadership roles
- Proven ability to create structure and drive outcomes in ambiguity
- Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
- Demonstrated execution rigor (prioritization, tracking, risk management, value measurement)
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology
- Exposure to workforce transformation, operating model change, or AI-driven initiatives
- Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills (PowerPoint + writing)
- Strong business acumen; Consumer experience preferred
