Job Summary
Review, analyze, and coordinate the resolution of complaints across Liberty Mutual/Safeco to ensure corporate and regulatory compliance. Independently investigate complex cases by speaking with complainants, regulators, and field partners while conducting research using internal and external resources. Identify root causes, record key data for internal reporting and external regulatory exams, and manage an extensive case load with changing priorities to address customer concerns timely. Upload field partner responses to ensure file accuracy and notify policyholders of claim file decisions. This temporary, hybrid role in Plano, TX, requires an Adjusters license and offers 10% travel.
Required Qualifications

- Background in claims processing
- Background in policy servicing
- Strong understanding and use of policy/contract coverage
- Strong understanding of the decentralized state regulatory system

- Capacity to multi-task in a structured work environment
- Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems to handle/process complaints
- General understanding of overall insurance operations
